An extra large bevel scale shows precise angles when cutting corner pieces, and knowing that each turn of the handle moves the blade two degrees helps make precise cuts.
Dado blades are used for cutting grooves in wood for shelving support or when fitting pieces together, without the need for a router, and the DeWalt table saw models can accommodate blades up to three-fourths of an inch wide.
When rip cutting longer boards, the table top slides out to help hold the material level with the rest of the table and a table extension is available to hold even longer boards while ripping them lengthwise.
