Some people wake up when the get too hot and kick off the covers or too cold and need to cover up. Is it a light that is too bright? Make sure your room is dark enough to stay asleep. Are there a lot of unnecessary noises? You must have a quiet room in order to get a quality sleep. In order to make sure you have all of the bases covered, you will want to turn your bedroom into a sleeping oasis. This can be done for little or no money. You will need to cover up and bright windows, but not so much that the bedroom looks like nighttime even in the day. Use a sleep mask if this cannot be done.
