More and more people are beggining to practice jogging as an alternative to goying to the gym, or other sports. It helps both the body and mind, besided being a fun activity. The fitter they become, people start increasing their running distance, until they can jog for miles. One thing joggers have in common is the fact that they’re all listening to music, while jogging.

When taking into consideration the fact that joggers can run for several hours, it makes sense. One thing joggers have had problems with is finding a good mp3 player, to keep up with them. Older mp3 players were out of the question, since most skipped tracks due to the constant moving, and modern mp3 players have become so small they have a tendency of falling out of your pocket.

One common practice is using an armband, and attaching your player to it. These have become better and better, with the first models having problems holding bigger mp3 players. However, some find it uncomfortable to wear, and would rather find another solution to listen to their music while running.

The sansa clip 2gb player  comes with something new. As its name suggests, it has a clip that allows it to be attached to all your clothes, ensuring it doesn’t fall and doesn’t inconvenience you, either. Just make sure you don’t forget the player attached to your clothes when your throw them into the washing machine. It’s so small, it can easily be overlooked.

Being able to run without having to constantly worry about ther music player allows people to concentrate on other important elements of jogging, such as pace and breathing, and they’re also free to enjoy the scenery. Once you’re all setup with a great mp3 player, not only will you look forward to your runs more, you’ll also notice that your runs go faster because your music or audio book distracts you.
